Office Policy

If you have an emergency during office hours, every effort will be made to see you that day.  If your emergency occurs after hours, please call the office and you will be directed as to how you may reach Dr. Campbell.

Your scheduled appointment is time specifically set aside for you.  We understand that unexpected events can arise, but we do request 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify the office as soon as possible.

We will make every effort to be on time for your appointment, in fact, running late is a pet-peeve of our doctors.  However, please understand that not all patients require the same amount of time with the doctor and  emergencies do occur. Some delays are unavoidable.  We will do our best to keep you informed of delays.  Your patience in these situations will be greatly appreciated.

We also make it a point to let our patients know of any openings which occur in our schedule from time to time.  Many have commented that it was an unexpected convenience to be able to complete dental treatment earlier than anticipated.

At your visits,  you will be asked for basic information to establish or update your medical records and business account.  Please bring your current insurance information each time and notify our office of any changes in name, address, phone number or insurance as soon as these changes occur.

Payment is required at the time of service.  We will accept Cash, Check, VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express.  We do not offer payment plans.  As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit your insurance claim to your carrier, but ask that you pay your portion at the time of service.
